Steve Keiss

DESIGNER

 A lifelong resident of Chattanooga with a deep connection to the city, Steve has participated in the renovation of many historic downtown buildings. He began his career in 1983 as a draftsman for the late C. Ralph Cheek, and joined HK as a designer. Since then, he has witnessed the transformation of Chattanooga. As a child, he used to visit the Chattanooga Public Library with his mother, and later had the opportunity to work on the renovation of the building into Fletcher Hall at the UTC School of Business. A music lover and avid concert-goer, Steve used to run the setlist database website for the band Little Feat. Today, he brings his sons Paul and Alex along to music festivals.
