Southern Surgical Arts

Southern Surgical Arts on Chattanooga’s Southside is a mixed-use project combining a medical office and cosmetic surgery center on the second floor, with retail and office space on the ground floor, and condominiums on the third story. The building uses natural materials with limestone at the base, black slate on upper stories, copper fascias, and sun screens, and dark bronze aluminum window frames. Careful landscaping and light-colored paving materials reduce the heat-island effect and provide credit towards LEED certification. Relaxing decor and design elements throughout the surgical spaces provide comfort for patients while maintaining a professional and hygienic clinic.
