SOMER STATION
Somer Station offers a one-of-a-kind live/work space designed to meet the needs of entrepreneurs, tech start-ups, and small businesses. This innovative concept, a collaboration between Society of Work and Tomorrow Building, provides a cohesive community where individuals can live and work in a supportive environment. To bring this concept to life, HK Architects was commissioned to transform a vacant industrial building into an inspiring space that fosters creativity and productivity. The result is a three-level building that offers a range of amenities to support a vibrant community.
The top floor features 22 fully furnished studio apartments, each with its own private bathroom, living area, and kitchenette. Residents can also take advantage of the shared spaces, which include a large residential lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. The mid-level floor offers 58 furnished offices, multiple meeting rooms, and phone booths, as well as common areas designed for collaborative or individual productivity. This floor also houses coworking space with open space and private offices, providing a flexible workspace for members of the community.
