Enzo's Market

Enzo’s Market was an adaptive reuse project designed to transform the centrally located, 15,000 square foot Hill Floral Group Warehouse into a neighborhood grocery and café serving several Chattanooga neighborhoods. Exterior improvements, like raising the parking lot to grade with the entrance, made the space more pedestrian friendly. A heavy timber trellis with painted galvanized steel purlins provided shade at a new outdoor dining terrace. Along with new skylights in the roof, several additional openings in the walls created inviting entries and brought natural light into the space. A new sprinkler system, updated bathrooms, and a new mezzanine wine shop completed this ambitious overhaul project.
