MCM HOUSE
This house was designed as a speculative home for an up and coming Developer/Realtor. He loves the Mid Century Modern aesthetic, and his mission is to bring that style to the market in Chattanooga with a minimalist twist. To fit the price point for a mid-level home, we stacked the house on a small footprint. The main level contains the living, dining kitchen, master suite and garage. The lower level includes two bedrooms, a rec room and an art studio. The house has a wonderful view of the Tennessee river. The simple plans, views, and clean pallet combined for an appealing house that was a quick seller.
